• Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3-5 years of experience, including expertise in Apttus CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management), to join our dynamic team. • Design and Development: Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools. • Apttus CLM: Implement, configure, and optimize Apttus CLM to meet complex contract management needs, including contract authoring, clause management, and approvals. • Collaboration: Work with onshore teams, including Business Analysts (BAs) and developers, to clarify requirements, address concerns, and ensure smooth communication. • Integrations: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce, Apttus CLM, and external systems using APIs and middleware tools. • Customization: Configure Salesforce to include custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and approval processes to support CLM functionality. • Testing and Deployment: Perform unit testing, support system and user acceptance testing, and manage deployments using DevOps tools such as Copado or Gearset. • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, development processes, and enhancements. • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve platform-related issues and provide ongoing support to ensure system stability. • Team Dynamics: Be a team player by contributing to shared goals, supporting peers, and actively participating in team discussions. • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce advancements and Apttus CLM features and seek opportunities to grow new skills relevant to the role.
• Certifications (Mandatory): o Salesforce Certified Administrator o Salesforce Platform Developer I o Salesforce CPQ Specialist (optional but preferred) • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. • Hands-on experience with Apttus CLM (expertise in contract templates, clause libraries, workflows, and approval processes). • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL. • Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools and APIs (REST/SOAP). • Experience with DevOps processes and tools like Copado, Git, or Gearset. • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and security features. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
