📋 Description

• We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Functional P2P (Procure-to-Pay) / P2D (Procure-to-Delivery) Specialist to join our team. • This role requires in-depth expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP with a focus on the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Procure-to-Delivery (P2D) processes. • Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure effective implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, specifically related to procurement, purchasing, invoicing, manufacturing and inventory management processes. • Lead the functional configuration and support of Oracle Cloud ERP P2P/P2D modules. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. • Design and implement solutions that optimize procurement processes. • Provide ongoing functional support for Oracle Cloud ERP P2P/P2D modules, addressing user queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring best practices. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) preferred. • Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in an applicable senior-level position. • Management experience a plus. • Proficient with Apex, Visual Force, Native, Lightning Framework and JavaScript. • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities and Developer certifications preferred. • Experience developing customer-facing user interfaces preferred. • Experience with React and Node.js strongly preferred. • Experience working with a development team, product owners to design develop and provide support in Agile Scrum/Kanban methodologies. • Familiarity with Data Migration tools (Data loader, Demand Tools). • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred. • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption. • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity. • Strong data management abilities. • A documented history of successfully driving tasks to completion. • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements. • Experience with healthcare industry processes preferred.
