• Looking to bolster our field sales team. • Deal directly with Security partners, VARs, and end-users in the Northeast region of the US. • Build, expand, and maintain a network of relationships at all levels of each organization. • Leverage account presence to up-sell/cross-sell, provide market intelligence, and educate customers. • Collaborate with internal teams to actively prospect for new opportunities and grow the Security base business. • Establish and maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts through CRM utilization. • Develop and maintain understanding of all Teledyne FLIR Security products, services, and solutions. • Conduct or coordinate product training and demonstrations as needed.
• Significant years of experience in Security sales. • Experience selling VMS, visible cameras, thermal cameras, radar is preferred. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills. • Fluent in English, both verbal and written. • Ability to work independently and highly self-motivated. • Strong and persuasive communication skills. • Technically adept and able to make complicated presentations and briefings to convey simple messages. • Ability to develop professional briefing material and confidently present to customers and in industry forums. • Expected travel - 60%.
