🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional web design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive, user-centric designs for B2B SaaS or technology-focused companies. • Advanced skills in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, with a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and their impact on web design and development workflows. Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Sanity, Strapi, WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager) is a plus. • A deep understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, and branding, with the ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling and functional designs. • Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 or similar standards, ensuring your designs meet accessibility and usability requirements for diverse audiences. • Experience leveraging user feedback, A/B testing, and analytics to refine designs and improve performance. • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with developers, marketers, and product teams, communicating design concepts effectively and ensuring seamless implementation. • Resourcefulness and adaptability to solve design challenges in a fast-paced, agile environment. • A passion for staying current with web design trends, tools, and techniques, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
