• Provide analytical and technical support to clients, plan members and the Administration team. • Plan and ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of pension administration systems and processes. • Collaborate with clients, pension administrators, and internal stakeholders to understand unique requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, or background and coursework that demonstrates mathematical ability. • Additional course work in pension administration or mathematics is an asset. • Associate level - Minimum 5 years experience in software implementation, configuration, testing and support with work experience in Pension Administration/Benefits/HR/payroll industry. • Consultant level - Minimum 8 years experience in software implementation, configuration, testing and support with work experience in Pension Administration/Benefits/HR/payroll industry. • Experience in using Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
