• Manage DB administration activities for various clients • Build and maintain relations with client contacts • Coordinate all DB Admin related services • Provide relevant information to clients on administrative issues • Oversee implementation of process improvement initiatives
• A minimum of 10 years relevant DB Pension Administration experience • Post-secondary education, preferably in mathematics, business administration or other relevant field • An independent, detail oriented, highly organized, accountable individual willing to take initiative and manage competing priorities • Strong knowledge of provincial pension and tax legislation • Strategic thinking • Exceptional customer focus with strong professional acumen • Excellent communication, project management, presentation, and negotiation skills • Strong interpersonal, leadership and team building skills • Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Experience with pension administration software
