• TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods is tackling one of the most pressing social challenges of our time – achieving more efficient production while lowering the impact on the environment. • We believe that by delivering data insights and technology solutions that empower and connect producers to their consumers, we can improve the quality, safety and sustainability of our food and consumer goods globally. • We offer an unmatched suite of innovative solutions and purpose-built applications for every participant in the supply chain, from ag input manufacturers and farmers through to consumer goods companies and their retail / foodservice channels. • Our solutions enable our customers to optimize their businesses with more accuracy, efficiency and profit to create unified, trusted and sustainable food and consumer goods value chains. • Today we serve 15 of the top 20 CPG companies and 13 of the top 20 agribusinesses globally through our acquired and integrated best-in-class solutions, but we are still building awareness of our new brand as TELUS in these industries. • As a senior member of the global Brand & Customer Marketing team, you will lead the team responsible for B2B demand generation and customer marketing for our Consumer Goods solutions. • Your team’s responsibilities will include: Translating overall business unit objectives and targets into goals and plans for the Consumer Goods marketing team. • Leading the development and execution of all demand generation efforts, including ABM, content and event marketing; working in collaboration with the digital promotions team to deliver results. • Working in collaboration with the brand team and agency partners to deliver content and creative that is customer focused, compelling and on brand. • Regularly engaging a wide range of stakeholders across sales, product marketing, product and customer success to develop strategies, messaging and processes that drive buy-in and collaboration between sales and marketing throughout the funnel. • Managing weekly and monthly reporting on KPIs to senior-level stakeholders across the organization. Developing action plans accordingly. • Identifying, building and managing strategic partnership programs across the industry, ensuring maximum value is captured. • Supporting the harmonization of acquired brands and teams into the larger Marketing and Revenue Operations team. • Driving team engagement and professional development of members of the Consumer Goods and larger Brand & Customer marketing team. • Building processes, tools and ways of working that support high-quality, efficient and collaborative work across the sales, marketing, product and customer success teams. • Judiciously managing the expenditures and ROI of the Consumer Goods marketing budget.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a marketing related role, preferably in the Consumer Goods industry (manufacturing or retail) • Marketing experience in a SaaS role considered an asset • Proven expertise driving results in a B2B environment leveraging ABM • Experience influencing decision making across diverse business teams, along with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights and action plans • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects with extreme attention to detail and organisation skills • Strong business acumen with an ability to evaluate ideas against business needs and success criteria • Ability to simplify complex issues and proven track record of developing highly-effective executive communications
