โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field โ€ข Minimum of 8+ years of experience in forecasting strategy, preferably in the software industry and/or agriculture, consumer goods, or telecommunications โ€ข Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights โ€ข Familiarity in SAP, S/4 HANA is an asset and SFDC skills are required โ€ข Proficiency in forecast analysis tools, software and methodologies โ€ข Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate pricing strategies to stakeholders โ€ข Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies โ€ข Strong leadership and team management skills โ€ข Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment โ€ข Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills โ€ข Knowledge of software industry trends, competitive landscape, and pricing best practices
