📋 Description
• Lead the technical strategy and delivery of Oracle PeopleSoft HCM suite (HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation) and Oracle Fusion (Payroll, Core HR, Recruitment) • Drive architectural decisions and integration strategies across multiple HCM modules • Manage complex program initiatives impacting mission-critical HR and payroll systems • Develop and maintain roadmaps for platform modernization and enhancement • Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with HR operational needs • Oversee budget, resource planning, and risk management for multiple concurrent workstreams
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of technical program management experience with Oracle HCM solutions • Deep understanding of PeopleSoft HCM modules (HR, Payroll, T&L, Benefits, Compensation) • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion implementations, particularly Payroll and Core HR • Strong track record of delivering enterprise-scale HR technology transformations • Experience managing complex system integrations and data migrations • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field • Great-to-haves • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and hybrid cloud architectures, and proven background in HR operations/HRIS • Knowledge of Canadian payroll and HR compliance requirements, with PMP certification preferred • Agile certification (SAFe/Scrum Master) and experience managing HR technology vendors • Bilingual proficiency (English/French) preferred
