📋 Description

• Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align employees with Telix’s mission • Craft compelling content and manage internal communication channels • Foster clear, engaging, and effective communications for the benefit of employees • Drive improvements to internal platforms such as the Telix Intranet and collaboration tools • Produce internal online and hybrid events, coordinate company awards and leadership Q&As

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in internal communications or corporate communications —preferably in healthcare, biotech, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences • Experience in managing internal communication platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or Intranets • Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex scientific information for broad audiences • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientists, regulatory teams, People & Culture, and leadership • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment • Experience in change management communications • Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) to create engaging visual content • An interest in People & Culture processes and Change Management highly desired
