📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • The ServiceNow IRM Sr. Technical Consultant is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of integrated risk management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. • This role is responsible for leading the agile implementation of ServiceNow ensuring that customer risk and compliance requirements are met by leveraging out-of-box capabilities that are configured or tailored according to Templar Shield and ServiceNow best practices. • Integrating security workflows, enhancing automation, and optimizing security response processes to ensure robust cybersecurity operations in all facets of governance, risk and compliance of professional services. • Assist in conducting IRM stakeholder workshops to identify governance, risk, and compliance (IRM) program current, and future requirements. • Translate business requirements into ServiceNow stories leveraging SCRUM. • Assist in conducting product demos to stakeholders for the purpose of client discovery and or project workshops.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 3 years focused on IRM. • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM modules. • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and workflow automation.
