• Tempo.io is seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our growing Marketing team • In this role, you will leverage your analytical expertise to uncover insights, optimize marketing performance, and support strategic decision-making • You’ll be responsible for both exploring new ideas and solutions and building comprehensive reports and dashboards • Analyze marketing campaign performance across multiple channels (paid media, email, website, SEO, etc.) to provide actionable recommendations • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and interpret complex datasets • Build and maintain data models using DBT, ensuring reliable and scalable data infrastructure • Develop and manage dashboards and visualizations • Work closely with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Salesforce) to ensure accurate data integration, tracking, and attribution • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth • Collaborate cross-functionally, particularly with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Sales, to refine targeting strategies, improve lead generation, and enhance conversion rates • Execute A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page analyses, providing clear recommendations for improvement • Support forecasting and budgeting efforts by analyzing historical data, identifying trends, and projecting future performance • Clearly communicate insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders through data-driven presentations and reporting
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field • Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, extraction, and analysis • Familiarity with DBT and BigQuery is highly preferred, with a willingness to learn if not already experienced • Experience creating reports and dashboards using tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience strongly preferred) and marketing automation tools (Braze, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) • Familiarity with Segment by Twilio is a huge plus • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, KPIs, and attribution models • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Previous experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments is a plus
