📋 Description

• Partner Marketing Manager for Tempo Software in EMEA. • Manage co-marketing strategy with top solution partners in the Atlassian ecosystem. • Build marketing campaigns to elevate the Tempo brand and drive sales through partners. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. • Own key marketing relationships with top partners in EMEA.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of B2B partner management, partner marketing, or product marketing experience • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with an ability to work with many internal stakeholders and partners • Strong project management and organizational skills to effectively work with a distributed team and manage multiple projects and events simultaneously • Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally as part of a small but mighty marketing team • Ability to travel to tradeshows and team meetings a few times per year • Preferred experience Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field • Previous experience in the Atlassian ecosystem as well as using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence • Experience using systems such as Slack, Google Suite, and Salesforce
