📋 Description
• Lead and manage the entire product development lifecycle for multiple projects, from ideation and planning through execution, launch, and post-launch analysis. • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with product managers and stakeholders. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, tracking progress and ensuring on-time delivery. • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and roadblocks, escalating issues as needed. • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and transparency. • Drive continuous improvement in our product development processes, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness. • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, motivating and empowering team members. • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project updates regularly. • Utilize project management tools and techniques to effectively manage projects and track progress (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and Tempo Solutions. • Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap. • Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing your expertise and best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager, preferably in a product development environment. • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering high-quality products. • Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies, even if not strictly following a specific framework. • Scrum, SAFe, or PMP certifications are a bonus. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Skilled at running planning and other large-scale meetings. • Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with project management tools and techniques. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Experience in software development, SAAS, and platform development desired. • Hands-on expertise with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) and Tempo Solutions is a strong plus!
