🎯 Requirements
• Must have completed a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Cancer Biology, Genetics, Immunology, Molecular Biology, or Computer Science. • At least 5-10 years of industry or academic experience. • Computational skills using Python and/or R. • Proven scientific reputation as demonstrated by scientific publication and/or contribution to successful product development in industry. • Expertise in developing NGS pipelines using contemporary tools for processing and analyzing NGS data (including epigenetics, DNA, RNA) within a high performance computing environment. • In-depth knowledge of creating statistical models and developing predictive or prognostic algorithms. • Demonstrated effective communication and presentation skills. • Self-driven and works well in interdisciplinary teams.
