Description

• Evaluate, coordinate, implement and maintain Cybersecurity systems • Work closely with Information Security analysts and IT Department to ensure the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of assets • Recommend, evaluate and deploy solutions to improve security posture • Identify opportunities to improve the quality and resiliency of cybersecurity systems and applications • Provide operational support and maintenance of security appliances • Assist in identification and remediation of threats across the enterprise • Document projects and write Standard Operating Procedures • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with team members • Manage time and technical responsibilities, set accurate expectations and meet deadlines • Provide off-hours support as needed

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen with an active Security Clearance • Minimum 4 years of experience in Information Security • BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, SANS training or equivalent experience • Experience with securing Windows, Linux, mobile devices and IaaS • Technical understanding of network security technology including IDS and IPS, Firewalls and network traffic analysis • Understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack and application protocols such as HTTP, SNMP, SMTP, DNS, and DHCP • Experience with authentication protocols for network resources including 802.1x, SSH, TACACS+, LDAP • Experience with security controls for WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN and Cloud architectures • Hands-on experience with 5 of the following: vulnerability scanning, firewall, antivirus & malware analysis, IDS/IPS, log correlation tools, SIEM, VMWare, NAC • Experience with Splunk ES and/or Trend Micro Deep Security is preferred • Experience in a FedRAMPed environment is a plus • Ability to work well in an agile environment with minimal supervision • Self-motivated with a passion for Cybersecurity
