📋 Description
• Oversee all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy of financial statements and regulatory compliance • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes efficiently and accurately • Develop and maintain robust financial controls, policies and procedures driving continuous improvement • Lead budgeting and forecasting activities, providing variance analysis and insights • Partner with department heads to provide financial analysis and decision support • Manage cash flow and working capital requirements • Ensure tax compliance and optimize tax positions • Line Manager to Accounts assistant with opportunity for team expansion
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA certification preferred • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a management role • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements • Experience with financial software • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial modelling • Proven track record of implementing financial controls and process improvements • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
