Description

• Lead financial planning, management, and reporting • Provide strategic direction to senior management • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards • Conduct financial analysis • Develop financial systems • Identify and mitigate financial risks • Manage cash and crypto assets • Manage financial department

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in international accounting or finance management, preferably in a startup or growth environment • Strong understanding of financial statements, reporting frameworks using BI tools, and financial analysis techniques • Proven ability to develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections • Familiarity with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes • Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities, implement expense controls, and drive financial efficiency • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify patterns, and provide strategic recommendations • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment • Ability to take ownership of financial initiatives and drive them to completion • Having an international perspective when creating financial processes and projects
