• Issue tickets that cannot be processed by automated ticketing following all industry rules and regulations • Make certain that all airline specific and client specific entries are included • Work with and coach agents regarding records with missing or incorrect entries • Manage the unused ticket process verifying that unused tickets are routed correctly to profiles and distribute the unused ticket reports • Manage the exception process, obtain and track waivers • Manage the name change process for key accounts Conduct research on ticketing and operations questions • BE AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE OPERATIONS LEADERSHIP TEAM
• At least 5 years ticketing experience on Travelport Worldspan • MS Office proficient • Sabre and Travelport + experience a plus • Prior experience with automated QC programs desired but not required • Prior experience with Unused Ticketing Programs desired but not required
