Requirements
•10+ years of experience in engineering, with at least +3 years in leadership roles. •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field experience. •Experience managing and leading engineering teams, with a focus on fostering collaboration and professional growth. •Deep understanding of software engineering best practices. •Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building scalable, reliable, and secure systems. •Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within the financial industry is a plus. •Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. •Experience in cybersecurity companies.
