•Teramind is a hybrid, global workforce building the next-generation Insider Risk Management and User Behavior Analytics platform. •Join our team of innovators who are redefining insider risk management through cutting-edge technology. •We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to collaborate directly with our partners and clients, being responsible for enabling our LATAM Partner Ecosystem. •You are crucial to the success of our existing partners and will be instrumental in onboarding new partners and generating engaging business. •Responsible for understanding and responding to our Partner's Pre/Post-sales needs, accelerating the time to sign and onboard new partners. •Drive and qualify opportunities with our partners and influence product features based on market feedback. •Proficiency in English + Spanish is a MUST for this role, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity tech is highly valued.
•Minimum of 3+ years in a Sales/Pre-sales Engineering role in B2B software- cybersecurity and/or workforce management. •Proficiency in Linux Server and Windows environments •Strong knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS and Azure •Strong troubleshooting skills, and proactive approach to problem-solving •Familiarity with Virtualization technologies •Familiarity with Docker and PostgreSQL •Clear execution, display superior attention to detail, organization, time management, and prioritization skills. •Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish. (Portuguese is a huge plus!) •Availability to travel 20% - mostly regional •Nice to have: Portuguese advanced communication skills, Cybersecurity experience
