🎯 Requirements
• Researching and evaluating competing tools to build and continuously improve our automation stack for candidate sourcing and marketing. • Owning the development and implementation of AI solutions to automate processes for recruitment. • Leading the transformation of AI within the company, ensuring the organization stays at the forefront of automation. • Driving field enablement and sales enablement with AI-powered tools to enhance team efficiency. • This role will require a person who is passionate about automation, AI, and making a significant impact on the transformation of recruitment and sales processes using the latest tools and technologies. • We also plan to implement a qualification process that includes an aptitude test to assess candidates’ intelligence, resourcefulness, and ability to leverage tools like AI to innovate and solve problems. • Please keep in mind that this position is an individual contributor, very hands-on, to work closely with the founder of the company and other senior leadership team members (you will not manage a team).
