• We are seeking a highly motivated and talented UX/UI Designer to join our fast-paced and innovative digital marketing agency. • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping exceptional user experiences across multiple website projects. • The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a keen eye for detail who is passionate about creating engaging, interactive web-based deliverables.
Requirements
• Experienced with UI design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to implement user-centric design solutions • Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles, with an emphasis on optimizing user experiences across various devices and screen sizes • A true team player who can work closely with others • A keen eye for detail, while combining functionality and aesthetics • Ability to discuss and explain design options • Ability to work on other design-related projects, which can be more focused on graphic or editorial design. • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. • Interested in learning new skills and keeping up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface. • Demonstrated ability to stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies • Strong verbal and written communication skills in 1:1 and group meetings, both internal and client facing • At a minimum, basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
