• Join us on a mission to save the planet! • Reversing the impact of climate change is one of the world’s biggest challenges. • Terrascope is a smart carbon management and accounting platform that empowers corporations to decarbonise their operations. • We are looking for a UX Front-end Engineer who will sit at the intersection of user experience design and front-end development. • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build intuitive, user-centered interfaces and ensure a seamless interaction experience across products. • This role will report into the Director of Engineering and will be crucial in shaping the future of climate-tech SaaS products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 3+ years of experience in a similar role (UX Engineer, Front-End Engineer, Interaction Designer). • Proficient in front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js. • Strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and design systems. • Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. • Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and how to implement accessible interfaces. • Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and translate design vision into functional products. • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. • Experience working in lean teams, developing and learning as we go. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and communicating technical concepts to internal & external stakeholders. • Enjoy working in a diverse, dynamic, collaborative, transparent environment where everyone's ideas and opinions are equally valued.
