📋 Description
• Provide oversight of the entire implementation of the LMS system and onboarding progress • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation • Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external partners • Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies • Monitor project progress and performance • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field such as Project Management related to Information Technology • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI) is strongly preferred • Minimum of 5-years of project management (PM) experience with a demonstrated emphasis on managing IT and/or Instructional Design projects and/or programs related to eLearning • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Demonstrated proficiency in project management software and methodologies
