• Actively seeking a Freelance Human Resources Recruiter • Responsible for searching, interviewing and selection for the company • Source and build relationships with various recruitment channels • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and screening process • Apply current and new recruitment and psychometric policies and procedures • Post job advertisements and ensure they are seen in the relevant online channels • Develop and maintain HR networks within the relevant recruitment sector • Manage applicant tracking systems and analyze applicant information • Source CVs from ATS and reach out to potential candidates • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies • Interview and select candidates based on qualifications and competencies • Conduct background checks
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field • At least 3-5 years of experience in a recruitment/HR role • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a range of external parties • Ability to work remotely and with cross-functional teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated self-motivation and the ability to meet deadlines • Knowledge and understanding of applicable laws and regulations
