β€’ Tesorio empowers the Fortune 5,000,000 run as if they had a Fortune 500 finance team. We plug into a company's cashflow data sources and leverage data science to surface the most impactful actions they can take to optimize their cash flow. β€’ We listen to our customers, and empower them to share their best practices and wishlist with us to make our product better every day. β€’ We're looking for talented engineers to help us implement a high volume of curated ideas and reinvent how complex financial transactions can be simplified. β€’ We are developing machine learning algorithms to understand business cash needs, predictive algorithms to forecast future cash flow, and a sleek UI/UX to make our products enjoyable to work with. β€’ You'll be joining an early-stage company with a small, tight-knit team, backed by top-tier VCs (including First Round, Floodgate, Fuel and Y Combinator). You'll work closely with the entire engineering team, our Head of Product, and the co-founders.

Requirements

β€’ Has 7+ years of experience with a strong focus on integration and 2+ years in a senior or leadership role. β€’ Has experience working on large-scale data integrations with third parties. β€’ Significant experience with multiple ERPs (e.g., NetSuite, Intacct, Workday) and the unique technical complexities. β€’ Strong understanding of ERP data structures, workflows, and business processes, with an ability to optimize data exchanges under ERP best practices. β€’ Solid understanding of data governance, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security across integrated systems. β€’ Knowledge of data synchronization strategies, including real-time vs. batch processing. β€’ Has familiarity with tools/technologies for data orchestration. β€’ Has expertise and familiarity with Python/Django. β€’ Ability to lead the technical design of integration projects, including defining project scope and architecture. β€’ Excellent communication skills to explain complex integration scenarios to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. β€’ Is resourceful and agile, and remains positive in the face of problems β€’ Empathetic towards colleagues and users β€’ Expert working with different web tech stacks: libraries, frameworks, testing, etc. β€’ Is Excited about the challenge of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a small and talented team.
