•Collaborates with client, product owners, and LMI PM to ensure alignment and prioritize functionality. •Leads Scrum Ceremonies such as Daily Standup and Sprint Reviews. •Tracks Sprint Issues Status during Sprint and monitors issue progression. •Partners with the PM and IT Lead to define program performance metrics. •Helps development team maintain agility and achieve continuous improvement.
🎯 Requirements
•3 years of professional experience with an emphasis on Agile development and scrum. •Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or another related field •Proven ability to solve problems creatively •Strong familiarity with project management methodologies •Project life cycle management experience •Excellent analytical skills •Strong interpersonal skills •None
