Description

• Location: Remote in North, South or Central America and able to work with a global team. • Testlio is a leading quality management company combining humans and machines for quality products at scale. • As a Digital Marketing Manager, you'll own and optimize demand-generation campaigns for qualified leads. • You'll develop, execute, and refine marketing campaigns, analyze data, and manage budgets. • A focus on collaboration with other teams to successfully launch and measure campaigns is essential.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. • High competency with ABM and a strong understanding of demand generation, lead lifecycle, and lead nurturing best practices. • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple channels, such as email marketing, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, AdRoll, etc. • Ability to define requirements and manage campaign execution, including content needs, data capture strategy, reporting on results, and ongoing nurture programs. • Experience with conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign analytics. • Proficiency in HubSpot and proven track record building emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows on the platform. • Track record of owning a demand generation budget and corresponding outcomes. • Eagerness to take ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
