• We are seeking a motivated Localization Engineer to join our dynamic team. • This role will provide an excellent opportunity to work within the Games Industry. • Assist with the management, optimization, and automation of localization processes. • The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of localization technologies. • A passion for continuous improvement and a desire to collaborate across departments and with external vendors.
Requirements
• Knowledge of programming languages and data management (e.g., JSON, VBA, XML). • Experience in manipulating various file formats: .xml, .xliff, .json, csv, etc. • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. • Familiarity with AI and LLM (Large Language Models) technologies. • Business Intelligence experience. • Hands-on experience with TMS and CAT tools (e.g., Phrase, MemoQ, SDL Trados Studio, Crowdin etc.). • Knowledge and understanding of the localization industry and its processes. • Familiarity with APIs for TMS integration. • Familiarity with Quality Assurance (QA) processes. • Experience in the video game industry. • Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) for managing localization resources. • Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI) for continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD). • Additional Technologies & Languages such as Python, and SQL, Talend ETL.
