Description

•TextUs is an award-winning provider of SMS cloud communications with managed CRM and ATS integrations. •The data team at TextUs solves challenging problems by discovering actionable insights across the company. •Develop algorithms, build and optimize models, and productionize data pipelines to power ML and AI initiatives. •Design and develop data pipelines from various sources. •Build, cleanse, and audit data pipelines for high-quality outputs. •Collaborate with engineers and architects for robust data infrastructure. •Automate workflows and integrate third-party data sources. •Build and deploy machine learning models, develop improving algorithms over time. •Lead all phases of model development.

Requirements

•You probably have around 5 years of experience using statistics and machine learning algorithms for several different applications. •Proven track record in production environments, including building and improving ML models. •Skilled in programming languages like Python, R, or Scala. •Experience fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific applications. •Familiar with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow and cloud platforms for hosting models. •Proficient with data technologies such as Spark, Presto, Hive, or Hadoop for analyzing large datasets. •Solid understanding of data modeling for relational databases, data warehouses, and SQL. •Able to translate complex data requirements and facilitate collaboration across teams. •You excel at distilling complex data analytics and machine learning insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. •Skilled at presenting data, creating visualizations, and communicating insights to drive informed decision-making. •Experience working within Agile or Lean frameworks. •Able to incorporate data science into iterative development processes for continuous product improvement. •Passionate about delivering customer value and building strong relationships with stakeholders. •You’re always learning and staying updated with the latest in AI and machine learning. •You enjoy teaching and helping others grow.
