• Execute business development strategies for Switzerland. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Swiss market. • Develop and implement business development plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets in Switzerland. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client expectations. • Stay informed about industry trends and market developments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the clinical or life sciences sectors. • A relevant academic degree. • Knowledge of the CRO industry is highly advantageous. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively engage stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and drive business growth. • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Fluency in both English and German is required; French or Italian is a plus.
