📋 Description
• Join TFS HealthScience as a Proposals Analyst - working remotely from Portugal or hybrid from Warsaw, Poland. • Facilitate and provide comprehensive business support for proposal generation and contract negotiation and finalization. • Support sales team with RFI and RFP responses and prepare bids, proposals, and budget estimates.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience • Minimum 2 years' experience in Proposal Development within a CRO or clinical research setting • Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge, including pivot tables, lookups, and data modelling • Strong analytical and financial acumen; ability to interpret complex cost models and pricing grids • Solid understanding of cost drivers, unitised budgets, and assumptions impacting pricing • Experience in post-award contract management (Work Orders, Change Orders, CNFs, and reconciliations) • Comfortable working under pressure, managing competing deadlines, and maintaining high accuracy • Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving • Familiarity with Salesforce for tracking opportunities and maintaining audit-ready records • Familiarity with client RFP processes • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to liaise with cross-functional teams • Experience working with global teams and understanding of pricing considerations when it comes to different study Phases (optional but valuable) • Ability to support bid defence preparation (optional)
