📋 Description
• Work closely with software developers, product and Customer Success teams to align operational strategies with development initiatives. Support deployment of new releases and ensure seamless integration into ongoing operations. • Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline operational processes. Enhance system monitoring and alerts using modern observability platforms. • Engage proactively in pull requests and spike documents, actively sharing insights and expertise to foster a collaborative team environment and drive continuous improvement. • Maintain detailed documentation regarding system configurations, operations, and troubleshooting procedures. Ensure compliance with security standards and industry best practices. • Track and adjust the dynamic and adapting policies of Apple and Google Play Stores. Drive overall process consistency, compliance and improvements. • Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in software development. Actively participate in team learning sessions, workshops, and training opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in application operations, system administration, or a similar operational role within a tech-driven and agile environment. • Experience in monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, New Relic, or Prometheus. • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI). • 2+ years of experience with Ruby and/or Ruby on Rails. • Ability to script or code with languages such as Bash, Python, Javascript. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to manage and resolve technical issues quickly. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively coordinate across teams in a remote, geographically distributed agile environment.
