• 7-10 years experience in journalism/media, content programming, digital marketing, or similar. • Experience managing a direct report or a team of direct reports • Expert ability to develop strategies that result in audience growth and engagement. • Experience overseeing home page curation and product development. • Data-driven and analytical; ability to think critically around metrics. • Experience working cross-functionally in a large, complex organization. • Strong communicator and can disseminate information clearly and concisely to various stakeholder groups. • Interest and knowledge across a range of different sports. • Supreme attention to detail and highly organized under deadlines.
