• You will be responsible for helping our community find and engage with the wide variety of word-of-mouth campaigns that we run every month. • Campaign Operations Manager tasks you will be responsible for: - 30% Project Management: planning, timing and resource management - 30% Creation/production: management of online/offline content, Insiders pack, etc. - 20% Account Management: feedback and following up with the brands/clients (media agencies, specific customers) - 20% Campaign Analytics: compile reports made by the Ambassadors and organizing them into interesting insights to present to the client
• 2 -> 5 years of Account or Operations Management experience within a Marketing agency • Ability to combine a creative mindset with strong organisational skills • Sharp copywriting skills and the ability to communicate complex messages in a simple and clear manner • Results driven with an Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently • You believe in the power of word of mouth advertising and are willing to advocate for a ‘back to basics’ innovative marketing technique. • You’re adaptable & calm with the ability to manage multiple campaigns. • You’re IT literate, and comfortable using multiple systems.
