Requirements
• Demonstrated knowledge and cultural competency of the youth served • Experienced in fostering collaboration in a team setting • Proven skill in distilling complex information into narratives • Commitment to outstanding service and compassion in stressful situations • Successful organizational and time management skills • Awareness and support for The Trevor Project’s mission
