📋 Description

• Join the Access family and see how we make software ideas become a reality! • The Access Group is a leading provider of business management software to small and mid-sized organizations. • Seeking a Head of Business Systems to support our growing Americas region. • Design, implement, and optimize enterprise systems. • Manage complex system integrations, particularly in acquisition scenarios. • Strong knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodologies required. • Opportunity to build and scale a team in North America.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business systems management, with 2+ years in a leadership role, or a strong desire to grow into leadership. • Deep expertise in Salesforce and NetSuite, including architecture, implementation, and integration. • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and best practices. • Technical project management mindset, with proven experience leading complex projects, particularly end-to-end implementations or migrations. • Hands-on experience applying Scrum/Agile methodologies in business systems or IT project management. • Demonstrated success in driving system enhancements and process optimizations. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. • Experience with system security, compliance, and risk management frameworks. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Preferred Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Administrator). • NetSuite certifications (e.g., NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant). • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, AWS, Azure). • Experience with ERP and CRM system migrations and upgrades.
