β€’ Join the Access family and see how we make software ideas become a reality! β€’ Manage day-to-day relationships with complex casino customers as the main point of contact. β€’ Schedule and conduct regular meetings to ensure communication and engagement. β€’ Build relationships with key customers and partner stakeholders. β€’ Become an expert on SHRs Casino functionality, staying updated with new relevant functionality. β€’ Work with customers on best practices advice and strategies for successful setup. β€’ Collaborate with the SHR Technical support team on customer support cases. β€’ Create integration diagrams and document customizations developed for customers. β€’ Monitor performance of assigned casino customers and look for opportunities for adoption. β€’ Gather customer feedback to inform product roadmap for casino functionality.

Requirements

β€’ Strong account management and troubleshooting skills, as well as a thorough understanding of Casino related functionality with the CRS. β€’ Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality with previous account management and/or technical support experience. β€’ The ability to develop strong customer relationships. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. β€’ Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to self-manage, prioritize initiatives and work well in a team environment. β€’ Superior communication and presentation skills.
