• Coordinate and oversee the transportation of goods and materials internationally, including air, ocean, and road freight. • Collaborate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, carriers, and customs brokers to arrange the most cost-effective and reliable transportation solutions. • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements for smooth and timely clearance of shipments. • Monitor and track the progress of shipments, providing real-time updates to stakeholders and promptly resolving any issues that may arise during transit. • Optimize supply chain efficiency by identifying opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and lead-time reduction. • Maintain accurate records of shipments, expenses, and logistics-related data in our systems and databases. • Communicate proactively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve any inquiries or concerns promptly. • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and changes in regulations to anticipate potential impacts on international logistics operations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of international logistics with other departments, such as procurement, warehousing, and sales.

Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience in supply chain or relevant field. Freshers are also encouraged to apply! • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work with cross-functional teams • Hungry for growth and to learn!
