• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Back Operations Lead to join our team. • The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on ensuring seamless order fulfillment processes. • Responsibilities include stocking orders, shipping logistics, drop-ship orders, and ensuring the end-to-end success of our fulfillment process. • Process improvement is a key aspect of the role, with an opportunity to leverage software automation for efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on order fulfillment and inventory management • Experience with coordinating import and export shipments, including air and ocean shipments • Strong organizational and analytical skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Great attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with inventory management and order tracking systems, such as QuickBooks, Unleashed or ShipStation is a bonus
