• Set our technical SEO roadmap by conducting thorough audits and evaluations of our website relative to competitors. • Work directly with other product managers and engineers to maintain SEO hygiene, implement changes, and ensure new features meet requirements. • Partner with analytics to monitor and report on key metrics related to traffic, rankings, crawl, indexation, site performance, and overall hygiene. • Communicate SEO initiatives, progress, and performance to leadership, peers, and partner orgs in a clear and concise way that ties our efforts back to company-level goals. • Protect our position as the third most-visited real estate website by continuously finding issues and opportunities, proposing efficient and scalable solutions, and managing projects through to completion.
• Experience working in-house on enterprise websites (1M+ pages) with a track record of delivering results that drive organic traffic growth. • Thorough understanding of website best practices and factors which influence search rankings, crawl health, and indexation. • You deploy a comprehensive SEO strategy that considers technical, UX, and marketing components. • You can distill a challenging problem into its essential elements. • You’re data-driven at your core, and aren’t afraid of rolling up your sleeves to take on a complicated analysis. • Project manage and oversee multiple simultaneous initiatives from concept to completion.
