Description

• Supports the Service Model through claim problem analysis, root cause identification, and resolution. • Collaborates with matrix partners to identify and resolve Accounts Receivable issues. • Drives root cause analysis trending related to accounts receivable resolution. • Manages escalated issues received through workflow tools. • Provides education on AR processes to internal partners. • Achieves and or exceeds Service Level Agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred or equivalent work experience. • 3+ years of experience in claims administration and claim processing highly preferred. • Advanced knowledge of Proclaim required. • Solid Excel experience - VLOOKUP skills are required. • Skills critical include intricate knowledge of current claim business practices, policies, and procedures. • Ability to link that knowledge to technology. • Skills to include time management, task analysis, and resource utilization. • Understanding of the affect on Provider satisfaction. • Demonstrated ability to successfully interact with internal and external customers. • Ability to see the 'big picture' in the claims payment process.
