Description

β€’ Supports the Service Model through claim problem analysis, root cause identification, and resolution. β€’ Collaborates with matrix partners to identify and resolve Accounts Receivable issues. β€’ Drives root cause analysis trending related to accounts receivable resolution. β€’ Manages escalated issues received through workflow tools. β€’ Provides education on AR processes to internal partners. β€’ Achieves and or exceeds Service Level Agreements.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred or equivalent work experience. β€’ 3+ years of experience in claims administration and claim processing highly preferred. β€’ Advanced knowledge of Proclaim required. β€’ Solid Excel experience - VLOOKUP skills are required. β€’ Skills critical include intricate knowledge of current claim business practices, policies, and procedures. β€’ Ability to link that knowledge to technology. β€’ Skills to include time management, task analysis, and resource utilization. β€’ Understanding of the affect on Provider satisfaction. β€’ Demonstrated ability to successfully interact with internal and external customers. β€’ Ability to see the 'big picture' in the claims payment process.
