📋 Description
• Responsible for providing confidential behavioral health consultations • Conduct 1-12 fifty minute sessions of non-medical counseling • Focused on specific issues and developing strategies • Deliver excellent clinical judgment and interpersonal communication skills
🎯 Requirements
• Must be a U.S. Citizen • Master’s degree or PhD in a mental health related field • Current, valid, unrestricted counseling license/certification from California • Minimum 4 years post masters clinical experience • Knowledge of Employee Assistance Programs • Knowledge and experience in crisis management • Proficient with multiple software and system applications • Ability to manage own caseload and coordinate assigned cases
