• High School Diploma or GED required. • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 8+ years’ experience in a healthcare leadership position within Client, Claim or Member Services required. • 3+ years of demonstrated experience and success in account level management through process improvement techniques. • 3+ years of direct management experience within a customer/client service environment required. • Extensive understanding of all healthcare products and processes in a service center environment preferred. • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written. • Proven track record of exemplary relationship building and management skills.
