Description

• Leads the design and creation of enterprise-wide compliance training. • Translates complex regulatory knowledge to clear learning outcomes. • Develops engaging e-learning modules and additional learning resources. • Collaborates with business partners and subject matter experts. • Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improves learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field. • At least 8 years of instructional design and/or knowledge management experience. • At least 8 years instructional design experience developing e-learning modules. • At least 3 years of project management experience (AGILE methodology a plus). • At least 1 year partnering with design vendors for e-learning courses. • Deep understanding of the ADDIE model and agile methodologies. • Strong relationship building, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
