Description
• Business Development & Distributor Management: Achieve sales objectives • Ensure performance based on Business Review Template • Enforce Distribution guidelines through MUST CARRY LIST • Complement Distributor Manager in improving secondary sales force competency
Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in managerial position in an FMCG background • Preferably in distributor channel • Good communication skills in English in both written and oral • Additional Chinese dialects will be advantage • Possess strong leadership skills and ability collaborates with others • Ability to work independently on own initiative and take responsibility where necessary • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Words, PowerPoint)
