Description

• Do you have the desire to help small businesses and Non-Profit organizations? • Do you enjoy being part of a team that makes a difference? • We are looking for team members with integrity, service, and resourcefulness. • A typical day may start with routine end-user support and respond to service calls. • It may involve virus cleanup, data recovery, or cloud migration. • You will be exposed to a wide range of technologies and people. • Please do not apply if you're not committing long-term. • We want “wingmen” who we can count on and support each other.

Requirements

• Three years or more providing end user support in a networked environment. • Excellent troubleshooting skills. • Must be able to research and document solutions. • Working knowledge of networking, data cabling, routing, switching, and general network troubleshooting. • Working knowledge of Windows server versions. • Able to help deploy a new server, troubleshoot permissions, and provide maintenance. • Able to manage MS365 environments and support end users. • Expert knowledge supporting Windows OS. • Strong MAC OS working knowledge. • Able to provision new systems and assist clients remotely. • Expert knowledge fighting malware and viruses. • Able to prioritize service calls and apply good judgment. • Respond to requests for technical assistance. • Able to adapt to a wide variety of clients. • Clear verbal and written communication. • Must have reliable transportation. • Able to lift 50 lbs and crawl under a desk, if needed. • Help run network cabling in commercial buildings. • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
