• You’re a Systems Strategist who builds seamless business systems, transforming complex challenges into streamlined solutions. • We’re on a star search for a resourceful and detail-oriented Operations & Systems Support Specialist who is well-versed in managing, optimising and elevating our systems. • Your expertise will transform our operations into a well-oiled machine, driving precision and impact across the organisation. • You’ll be a key team player in supporting our Senior Operations Manager in building and maintaining systems to ensure that our operations and teams can run like clockwork!. • You’ll be involved in testing our internally developed apps, providing feedback on usability and functionality. • You’ll be assisting in tracking tasks and timelines, as well as reminding our team when we’ve hit certain milestones together! • You’ll also be required to edit and draft written content to support team communications, so that our teams can stay updated with the latest news and policies.
