Requirements
• Have at least 2 years of commercial experience as a Scrum Master in software development company. • Theoretical and practical knowledge about Agile software development methodologies, values, and processes. • Practical experience with product delivery in Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban. • Practical experience with Jira and Confluence. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to receive and give feedback. • Collaborative approach for driving decisions. • Fluent command of written and spoken English and Polish. • Ability to understand technical issues at a high level. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail. • The understanding that changes are natural, so you can thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
